Trnavska complex is a flag-ship project of Atlas Real, one of the largest and best established developers in Central Europe at the moment. The construction plan is to build up a polyfunctional complex including services, shops, restaurants, wellness center, offices, flats, and parking zone.

This highly luxurious project is located in close vicinity of main transport links in Bratislava – 5 minutes drive from the city center and on the approach to the D1 highway from Trnavska street. Its immediate neighbourhood houses the main football stadium and sports hall, shopping malls, restaurants and several other luxurious residential projects. The whole project is designed to provide top of the market accommodation, services and environment, to ensure the highest possible quality of life, shopping and entertainment in the city.

The complex will have underground parking, cellars and technical infrastructure of the object located in basement floors. The above-ground part of the complex will consist of two blocks, each with 9 floors. One building will be along Trnavská street in the north, the second along Teslova street from south. Tower blocks of the complex will be in the west and east border interconnected with shopping mall on the first and part of the second floor. The atrium of the complex will be used as park for relaxation purposes. Atrium will be accessible by passages from Trnavská street and Teslova street.

Location

It is the seat of the Slovak presidency, the parliament and government, and home to several universities, museums, theatres, galleries and other important economic, cultural and educational institutions.

Ruzinov is District II of Bratislava, located just to the east of the Old Town. It is an established residential area with vast areas of greenery, two lakes, various schools, hospitals, theater, houses of culture, sports and shopping facilities. All these qualities and building of the new business district in southwestern part of Ruzinov make it the quickest rising area of the city and a star of real investment in Bratislava.

Maintenance will be provided by the developer, Atlas Real, a.s.

Payment Terms

40% at the contract
60% after construction has been finished

Tatra Banka will be able to provide a mortgage for this project
