Payment Terms We operate a refundable reservation fee policy, which enables you to hold a property for up to 28 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development if you wish and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first installment. If on your viewing you decide you do not want to proceed OR get refused the finance and do not have any other way of buying then we will fully refund your reservation fee. The refundable reservation fee is only £2,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form, which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first installment, which is due 28 days from reservation. After 28 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
