We are pleased to bring you the luxurious Sunterra Red Sea Resort in the stunning location of Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh. With a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments the resort offers a solid investment and holiday home. Owners of ground floor apartments shall have a private garden included. Owners for 1st floor apartments shall have an exclusive area equivalent to the apartment size on the roof top with a pergola. The roof terrace will also be equipped with a water supply and drainage, enabling you to use the area for BBQ or sun bathing.

Naama Bay is the central resort area of Sharm el Sheikh and comprises a stylish strip of hotels, with an attractive pedestrian promenade along the sandy beachfront. At the south-western corner of Naama Bay are shops, restaurants, small hotels and a wide choice of dive centres. Naama Bay is 7 km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport. It comprises a number of international bars, restaurants and night clubs. Properties in Naama Bay are famous for their high rental yields. A number of exclusive high quality developments in the area offer a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for short term or long term lease.

Payment Terms

The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first installment. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by The Right Move Abroad as an administration charge. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 (£2,050) and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first installment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.

15% on signing of the contract (less reservation fee).

The remaining amount is paid over the following 30 months with a plan to suit individual needs.

Property Management

The developer offers a 3 year rental guarantee of 5% per annum together with a complete property management service.

About the Immediate Vicinity

Hay el Nour
The first residential area in Sharm El Sheikh and a nature extension of Naama Bay residential area is located about 2.5 km away from Naama Bay with both old and new buildings. Hay el Nour has been recently expanded to include the brand new extension located next to the largest church in Sharm. Although a residential area, a lot of businesses are beginning to relocate there.

Hadaba
Hadaba is a quiet, sun soaked resort on the outskirts of Sharm el Sheikh. Hadaba’s wide range of hotels and holiday villas are situated in beautiful locations on the Ras Om Sid promontory. Staying at Hadaba, holiday residents are a five minute taxi or bus ride to Naama Bay, the bustling heart of beach and dive hotspot Sharm el Sheikh. Hadaba is not only an appealing relaxed destination for tourists, but also famous with Sharm’s prime residential area the Marine Club Villas.

Shark’s Bay (also known as the White Night)
