Seascape - Akbuk will be built in 4 blocks, all with fantastic sea, forest, mountain and pool views. A walk of less than 5 minutes will take you into the centre of this charming fishing village with its shops, restaurants, café bars and mini markets. The weekly market, held on a Friday, is within 200m of the complex. Location Akbuk is one of the fastest growing tourist areas in Turkey, with approved plans for 3, 5 star hotels and a championship golf course, but with the intention of keeping Akbuk's fishing village character and charm.
The developers purchased this land some years ago, at what now would be considered a very good price. Consequently, we are able to offer you luxury apartments and penthouses, with full air conditioning, Jacuzzi at possibly the best prices currently available in Akbuk. Akbuk offers a "laid back" quiet lifestyle with fishing harbour, marina and a number of restaurants, ranging from Turkish Pide (Pizza) to upmarket seafood. If you fancy a night out "on the town", Altinkum, with its bar's and nightclubs beckons, with the Dolmus (mini bus service) running up to 2am in the summer months. Construction Schedule Construction is planned to start at the end of the 2007 summer season and be finished by September 2008. Facilities And Maintenance • Fitted Kitchen

There are regular bus services to both Bodrum and Altinkum at very cheap prices. If you are driving, Akbuk is only 50 minutes drive from Bodrum airport. A new Bodrum - Akbuk road is being built which will make the travel time even faster and your journey shorter.
Akbuk is one of the rising stars for properties and holiday homes. With its nature as well as its history, Akbuk is attracting more and more property buyers. It use to be a small village where fishermen caught delicious Aegean Sea Bass, but now it is a rapidly growing tourism resort with it's holiday complexes as well as summer houses, villas, harbour, hotels.
Akbuk became a township in 1991 and is developing just as planned. Most of the infrastructural work has been done. Clean roads, beautiful and very calm beaches welcome you to Akbuk, an ideal resort for those who love quiet times as well as water sports. Many people who come here from big cities decide to stay here after their retirement. It has been explored by tour operators in recent years but Akbuk is not very busy yet compared to such resorts as Altinkum, Kusadasi, etc.
The town also has several shops. Akbuk is self contained and for day to day living the local shops can provide you with most things. There are many mini supermarkets selling groceries, a chemist, a hairdresser, several shops for electrical appliances, hardware shops, internet café, café/bars, plumbers etc. A large supermarket is currently under construction. But should you require something more, Altinkum, where all the main supermarkets and shops are based, is only a short distance away.
Akbuk is surrounded by protected forests and olive groves. The region has many small clean beaches and bays. Akbuk is a much loved region by foreign and local tourists, it is purported to have the highest oxygen ratio and lowest humidity in Turkey and is rich in nature and sea life. Because of that, it is recommended by doctors for people suffering from asthmatic ailments.
Located between hills, forest and the clear blue waters of the Aegean, Akbuk is quiet and peaceful. More and more people are moving there for the tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The air, nature and landscape have made Akbuk popular amongst retired people and families.
No serious construction work is allowed during the tourist season (May to October). High density housing is not allowed. These regulations are strictly enforced by the town Mayor and Council. That's why you will find many luxury residencies for very affordable prices.
The climate here is warm, but because of its location there is always a gentle breeze to cool you down, especially in the peak summer months. In contrast to Altinkum, Akbuk is largely untouched by the tourism industry. We are sure you agree it is a little piece of heaven.
