Jewel of The Sea Beach Front Another phase of the incredibly successful "Jewel of The Sea", a stunning beach front development
How often do you get the chance to buy a holiday home or place in the Sun in one of the most sought after, well regarded and sophisticated countries in the world?
Where can you buy at the very start of a what will in all probability become one of the most vibrant property hotspots that overseas property has to offer?
Due to the strict guidelines set by the Italian government in April of 2006 there is now a restriction on developments and their ability to ABSOLUTE FRONT LINE, however the developer had his permission granted before this date and this means that Jewel of the Sea "Beach Front" is pure front line with no apartment more than 40 metres from the white sands and deep blue Ionian Sea. We cannot stress enough how rare these types of units this close to the Sea are going to be in the future as anybody who applied for building permission after April 2006 last year will be declined.
Location For many years Calabria was a well kept secret known only to the Northern Italians who flock there in their masses for the summer period, relatively inaccessible to all other countries. Calabria has now opened its doors to the outside world and this well kept secret is now creating an almighty buzz amongst investors. With finance a sensible alternative and full permissions in place (so long a problem in Italy) Jewel of the Sea is a new 5* development launched exclusively in the UK by The Right Move Abroad in Brancaleone, on the very South East tip of Calabria, Southern Italy. This property for sale in Italy is a mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed apartments and penthouses, and townhouses with the vast majority having panoramic views of the Ionian Sea ranging from 50 metres from your doorstep to a maximum of 300 metres away. You also have the benefit of a golf course on your doorstep which is about to be approved. These pages will provide you with all details from viewings to views, rental expectations, capital appreciation and mortgage details.
