where beautiful landscapes are blended
with friendly people dedicated to the
tasks of the sea. Its name comes from
the Caribbean language and means
deer, but it is not known accurately if
it is due to the physical shape of the
island, or because long ago that species
existed there. The Islands of Margarita, Coche and
Cubagua, conform the State of Nueva
Esparta. Coche has a warm climate, with
a temperature of 28ºC., that makes it
pleasant all year round. In its 55 km2
we find beautiful beaches such as Punta
La Playa, San Pedro and El Coco.
The Island of Coche offers its visitors diverse landscapes that contrast with each other, When
arriving to the Island from Margarita, they will feel the smoothness of a beach of shining sands
and translucent and calm waters, where they are welcomed by their friendly inhabitants.
The Island of Coche is well-known world-wide for being one of the most important centers
for the practice of kitesurfing and windsurfing, in addition to its paradise beaches, specially the beaches
named La Punta, El Amor, El Coco and La Uva, represent a fascinating tourist attraction.
A two hour adventure in an automobile, in order to see amazing landscapes of desert plains,
passing through salt mines, that, before arriving to Playa El Coco (beach), turn into smooth
colorful hills, which the natives have given the name of “del gran cañón en pequeño” (the small
great canyon). The colors of these beaches vary between terra cotta, violet and silver.

Payment Terms The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first installment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property for sale in the development within the 30 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by The Right Move Abroad as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is $4,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first installment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
The first stage payment is 50% of the total purchase price with a discount for the amount of the reservation fee is due within 30 days of the signing of the reservation contract.
The final stage payment for the amount of the remaining 50% of the total purchase price is expected at the moment of signing or formalization of the purchase contract. Property Management The Right Move Abroad can provide an operator who will offer a renting
service during a period of 10 years, with an
occupation of the resort, that goes from 6% to 8%
(60% - 80%+ of occupation), being able the owner to
use the double suite for a period of 30 days, each
year, during the low season. Currently, operators,
such as First Choice, Condor, Thomas Cook, S.I.
Tours, have shown their interest in purchasing
capacity for the operation in the resort. About the Immediate Vicinity RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
The Island of Coche is much more than just an attractive
landscape and pretty beaches. In addition to these, it offers
a great variety of leisure activities for its inhabitants and
visitors.
The marine bottom, of incredible beauty, where at only two
meters, the visitor, while snorkeling, may enjoy of a unique
and wonderful marine fauna, sea urchins and a great variety
of fish, that eat from the palm of his hand while he is able to
touch them. Along with a great variety of coral, makes this
destination a unique place to enjoy its fabulous sub-aquatic
landscape.
We highly recommend the bicycle ride to the capital, San
Pedro, and the excursions in quad along the salt mines, shrimp
pools and mountains of the island.

kitesurf and windsurf, and in addition to the beautiful paradise
beaches, is considered as being a fascinating and unique tourist
destination.
The lovers of these two sports (kitesurf y windsurf) will be able
to enjoy the incredible sensation of feeling the characteristic
constant wind of this Caribbean island. If you are a beginner in
these sports, in the Island you shall find several sport schools
to learn the skills and different shops where you will be able to
rent the necessary equipment.
In addition to all of this, you may enjoy and rent, if you wish,
a range of aquatic activities, such as parasailing, banana slider,
wave runners or donut sliders.
