Bianco is on the south-eastern Calabrian coast, close to the stunning Aspromonte National Park, sites of ancient Greco-Roman ruins, perfect sandy beaches and the clearest aquamarine waters in Italy. The Calabrian coast is famed for its beauty and is home to some of Italy's most stunning beaches. Lidos are unique to Italy and you will find yourself being offered services such as beach chair and umbrella rental, a bar service, baby sitting and play clubs for children and all kinds of beach games as part of the Lido experience in Calabria. Payment Terms The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours.
The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
FIRST INSTALMENT - 50% upon signing the Preliminary Contract of Sale within 30 days of making your reservation.
FINAL INSTALMENT - 50% upon completion and signing the notary deed. About the Immediate Vicinity Numerous sporting activities can be practised in this area: water sports, boating, sailing, scuba diving, mountain climbing or bird-watching amongst others. Those wishing to keep their feet on the ground can try trekking on the many trails that cross the Calabrian Mountains. These trips can also be made on horse or mountain bike. Here you can discover virgin landscapes suspended between the sea and mountains. In winter, the Calabrian Mountains are perfect for skiing, both Alpine and Nordic. For those people who enjoy golf, the nearest golf club to the residential is the Feudo Montalto Golf Club, a 9-hole course located 80km drive north in the village of Limbadi. Other golf clubs are located within 2 hours drive.
