The developer is able to manage your property in many ways. Further details will be available upon request, however, for a small fee, they can manage:

• Property checks (at set periods or upon request)

• Timing and Payment Terms Payment Terms An initial Reservation Fee of €3000 will be required to reserve a plot for 1 month. The property is then taken off the market to give time for the buyer to visit and view the property. Within this month, if the buyer does not wish to proceed with the purchase, the €3000 reservation fee is refundable (less 10% admin charge).
Upon confirming your intention to buy, you will be asked to pay 30% of the purchase price (less €1,500) as a deposit after you have been before the notary with a legal translator. A solicitor will be appointed and Aegean Army checks will be carried out. The balance is due upon completion.
