	When you are comfortable that you have made the right decision, we will enter into an agreement together and secure your property by taking it off the market with your name attached to it. You send us a nominal reservation fee, and then have the option to go and view your purchase. Assuming you have visited your purchase within 30 days of reservation, the reservation fee is 90% refundable if you decide it is not for you or your circumstances change.
	We will send you the contract for your new property, and we recommend solicitors that you can use to help with translation from a foreign language, essentially to ensure that you have total peace of mind over the signed agreement that you are about to enter into.
